How have you gone since October? I’m trying to beat this year’s winter weight gain (and lose some that I put on during the Summer party season….) and I’ve never been able to find something that stuck. What really grabbed me when I saw the products in Amcal was the “Block & Burn” – which is actually a natural product that reduces your fat and carb absorbtion. Plus they devise an exercise program for you too!
Three weeks in and I’ve gone down two dress sizes! Another two to go and I’m hoping it stays off for spring!
